What started out as a dream of making custom hats has turned into reality for Rex Fleming, The Hat Doctor. Rex began shaping hats in 1990. After retiring from 22 years of Military Service the Hat Doctor bought the equipment necessary to make his own line of custom hats. Although the Hat Doctor has sold hats internationally, all hats are made in the United States. The Hat Doctor does hats and hat accessories, and nothing else. By doing so has allowed us to have unsurpassed quality and value.

Our hats are all handmade and customized by shape, fit and accessories. Using traditional methods handed down through generations, each hat is made with the exacting standards you expect from a well-made hat. We believe there is no substitute for quality, and we stand by every hat we build.
